Class Experience
Form-fitting athletic wear (avoid loose fabric that can catch on reformer springs), grip socks, and layers you can remove once the room warms up.
A mat towel is required for all mat classes and is available for purchase or rent at the studio. Grip socks are required for all reformer classes and can also be purchased at the studio if you don’t already own a pair.
No, our schedule includes a mix of heated, warm, and non-heated classes, and the split varies by day and format rather than following an even rotation. Heat encourages deeper muscle engagement, improved circulation, and a more detoxifying, restorative class, while our warm and non-heated sessions offer a more traditional studio environment. Check the booking calendar for the temperature of each specific class before you reserve your spot.
We recommend starting with a mat or reformer fundamentals class so you can learn proper form and studio etiquette before progressing to faster-paced formats like sculpt or barre-lates.
Let your instructor know before class. Pilates is highly adaptable, and our team can modify most exercises, or you may prefer starting with a private session for individualized attention.
We recommend booking as early as possible, as heated classes are limited in size to maintain quality instruction and studio comfort.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule your class reservation with reasonable advance notice so we can offer your spot to another member. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, full details are available in your membership agreement.
Yes, you can join the waitlist for any full class, and we’ll notify you automatically if a spot opens up.
Absolutely. Many of our members arrive with no Pilates background at all. Our instructors are experienced in guiding first-timers through proper form, and we recommend starting with a mat or reformer fundamentals class.
