Founder of Maison Pilates, Mishi Syed blends her background in health, wellness, and mindful movement to create an elevated approach to fitness. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of creating space for strength, balance, and self-care amid everyday life.
Designed with intention and brought to life alongside her family, Maison reflects her belief that wellness should feel beautiful, welcoming, and empowering. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create an experience that is both refined and deeply personal.
Mishi’s vision is to create more than a Pilates studio, she wants Maison to be a place her clients can lean on to recharge, reconnect, and return to themselves. Her mission is to build a community where members feel supported, challenged, and inspired. At Maison, every client is welcomed with warmth, encouraged with purpose, and invited to make wellness a way of life.
